Applied Mechanical Solutions, Inc. (AMS) was established in 2012 by Jay Bradley (President) and Josef Pavlik (Vice President) to provide qualified commercial/industrial HVAC service to the San Diego area. 

Josef and Jay have both served in the HVAC industry for more than 35 years. Our primary customers are: Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Aeronautical, Laser Labs, Electromagnetic technologies, Health Care, and various manufacturing industries.
